We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The AVP, EH&B Client Relationship will serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, ensuring that service meets or exceeds expectations while protecting the firm from errors & omissions.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
- Draft essential project documents for clients, including white papers, quantitative financial analyses, and presentations to support sales opportunities.
- Conduct research on various markets to identify growth areas and trends for internal use.
- Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
- Address escalated issues and concerns promptly, managing expectations and mitigating relationship risks.
- Offer technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships to ensure satisfaction.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in project management and client relationship management within the benefits or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
