Description:

Campaign Management & Brand Visibility 3ID is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and engagement for the 3ID brand. This role oversees brand positioning, multi-channel advertising, and media strategies to ensure impactful communication across digital, social, and traditional marketing platforms.

By collaborating with creative, digital, and media teams, Campaign Management & Brand Visibility 3ID ensures that marketing initiatives resonate with target audiences, strengthen brand recall, and drive customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent messaging, optimized media spend, and high-impact marketing activations in Indonesia’s competitive telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities (Sequential Workflow with KPIs, Skills, and Proficiency):
  • Workflow & Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints. Oversee the development of high-impact creative content for digital and traditional media. Manage media partnerships and optimize advertising spend. Track and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement. Drive customer engagement through strategic brand activations and sponsorships. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Summary:
  • Brand Awareness Index – Measures the level of brand recognition in the market.
  • Campaign Engagement Rate – Tracks customer interaction with marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Sentiment Score – Evaluates customer perception of the brand.
  • Conversion Rate – Measures the proportion of engaged customers taking desired actions.
  • Media Reach & Effectiveness – Assesses the impact of media placements.
