Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree can be advantageous.
- Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
- Specialized knowledge in specific vertical industries, such as Financial Services, Supply Chain, Government, and Energy.
Experience:
- Experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, Product Manager in Solution Services, or from reputable consulting services in Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within the vertical industry.
Skills:
- Strong relationships with private sectors or government entities.
- Updated on technology trends, especially in ICT Business.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Result-oriented with the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation & account planning: Develop account plans, leverage industry expertise based on technology trends, identify client pain points, and generate new business initiatives.
- Solution design & architecture (RFPs): Define clear problem statements, recommend best practices, involve pre-sales experts, and plan joint activities for lead sharing and opportunity pursuit.
- Commercial proposals (RFQs): Prepare client proposals including solution design and pricing, with solutions priced based on predefined lists or bespoke services.
- Client negotiation: Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract signing and booking.
- Service delivery: Participate in steering committees to align delivery with plans.
- Renewals: Review and manage renewal processes.
