Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to lead & manage responsibility towards API & Asset Management to define Enterprise Market Segmentation, Create New Value propositions, define e2e customer experience and to drive Fixed vertical solution along with enterprise sales to meet the overall revenue objectives. The role holder has the key responsibility to assess enterprise vertical needs and to ensure the go to market strategy aligns with the market demands and company objectives.

  • The role holder has the responsibility to meet the enterprise revenue objective across API & Asset Mangement services by fully supporting the Sales team and enabling tools for them including :
  • Create Product Roadmap, product Strategy and product lifecycle management
  • Responsible for the growth of Product portfolio (API)
  • Develop B2B product catalogue for API Product in CRM, Billing and Backend System
  • Conduct Sales & Presales Enablement
  • Conduct GTM Plan & Execution for API Product including value proposition, product segmentation, and campaign
  • Own as business user for communication plan for B2B API Product including pull and push communication strategies to drive business & channel positioning.
  • Create business process standardization for all function in B2B.
  • Lead and monitor performance revenue of B2B API Product.
  • Develop strong value propositions to drive revenue;
  • Provide sales kits; customer presentations and proposals; pipeline reviews; sales targets

The function has direct revenue, acquisition targets and NPS for enterprise market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Reputable Univesity
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management and development, particularly in API services and telecommunications
  • Strong knowledge of B2B business models, IT, sales, Telco Mobile products, and industry trends
  • Solid understanding of API communication, services, and use cases
  • Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute projects and programs
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, partner negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including data processing, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio
