Job Descriptions
  • Ensure the department operates effectively and achieves the Budget revenue Target.
  • Establish divisional KPIs based on the organizational scorecard.
  • Develop and mentor team members to meet department objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, make recommendations, and track improvements.
  • Manage department budget according to the work plan.
  • Improve business processes and customer database.
  • Deliver the best customer experience at the department level.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in selling ICT and Telco products to financial services industries.
  • Strong networking and account management skills within Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, especially in the Financial Industry (Insurance, Fintech, etc.).
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable under pressure, capable of meeting short and long-term deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
