Job Descriptions
- Ensure the department operates effectively and achieves the Budget revenue Target.
- Establish divisional KPIs based on the organizational scorecard.
- Develop and mentor team members to meet department objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, make recommendations, and track improvements.
- Manage department budget according to the work plan.
- Improve business processes and customer database.
- Deliver the best customer experience at the department level.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
- At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in selling ICT and Telco products to financial services industries.
- Strong networking and account management skills within Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
- Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, especially in the Financial Industry (Insurance, Fintech, etc.).
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable under pressure, capable of meeting short and long-term deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
