Job summary

PT Bosowa Berlian Motor – Kolaka Branch is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team and drive Mitsubishi vehicle sales across Kolaka and nearby areas. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and market development within retail and fleet segments.

You will supervise consultants, coach the team, and build strong customer networks while expanding opportunities in Kolaka Utara, Kolaka Timur, and surrounding districts. This position requires field visits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Experience managing a sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with CRM or sales reporting systems.
• Willing to travel to Kolaka and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Supervise and coach sales consultants; conduct regular meetings and evaluations.
• Identify new business opportunities in Kolaka and surrounding areas.
• Develop customer networks across mining, plantation, construction, government, and private sectors.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Plan prospecting activities and monitor leads, test drives, quotes, bookings, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; monitor forecasts and performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments for promotions and campaigns.
