Automotive Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager (TSP - Jatim)

Responsible for project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials & Metallurgy, or equivalent), with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Strong interest, knowledge, and experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level.
• Required skills: Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Total Productive Maintenance, Production Planning, Problem Solving, Coaching & Mentoring, and Training.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
• Owns a personal vehicle.
• Willing to be placed and travel for assignments across East Java areas (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Jombang, Pasuruan, Nganjuk).
