Summary

Our Business Unit aims to support our clients’ performance improvement for management and operations, with services ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish a network of experts across the local industry.
• Collect/Research the latest market trends and movements.
• Propose and help develop industry-specific solutions relevant to market trends.
• Lead the Consulting Business in the Automotive Industry for Project Management and Sales activity, providing insights and advice.
• Manage projects by leading general PM tasks such as Project Planning, Progress Management, Issue Management, etc.
• Provide consulting services to the company, mainly focusing on IT-related projects and/or Business Process Improvement.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

1. GPA higher than 3.0.
2. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
3. Knowledge and experience in the Automotive Industry.
4. More than 10 years of working experience in a corporate or consulting firm.
5. Team Lead experience in IT Projects.
6. More than 10 years of working experience.

Preferable:

1. Graduated from an overseas university.
2. Fluent in Japanese, both speaking and writing.
3. Experience in a major OEM or within the Automotive Value Chain, with in-depth knowledge of processes and benchmarks for distributors and dealer networks, New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, After Sales, and Service.
4. Experience in Supply Chain Management.
5. Project Manager experience is preferable.
6. Implementation experience in ERP (SAP, Non-SAP), CRM, WM, DMS (Dealer Management System).
