Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Depok seeks an Automation Engineer to join a team supporting daily plant operations. You will liaise with global and local teams, address system health, and drive automation initiatives across CPS Indonesia. Strong PLC knowledge and a hands-on problem-solving mindset are essential.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, fluent English, and 2+ years in manufacturing. Willingness to work shifts and learn from SME-level experts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation or equivalent.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy in O365 environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting; regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with PLCs and automation hardware/software is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret manuals and drawings and follow procedures.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automation systems in the Indonesia plant.
• Collaborate with global transformation, engineering, and IT teams on initiatives.
• Perform corrective and preventive actions to keep systems healthy.
• Serve as central point for local-simple automation development.
• Act as SME for automation and deliver training to the team.
