Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our software testing team. You will create detailed test plans, design and implement automation scripts for Web, Mobile (Android) and API, and ensure maintainable, readable code.

You will collaborate with developers and deployment teams, review each other’s work, and help scale our automation frameworks with WebdriverIO, Selenium, Appium and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

Formal CS degree preferred, but demonstrable skills are valued.
3–5 years in software testing with strong automation focus.
Hands-on Web, Mobile, and API automation using Selenium, Appium and REST tools.
Strong programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript with clean code.
Experience with WebdriverIO and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts for Web, Mobile, and API.
Maintain and improve automated code; ensure readability.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and review code.
Build and manage automated build/test/deployment environments.
