Autodesk Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Nusantara Secom InfoTech. As a full-time position based in South Jakarta, this role will be responsible for managing and growing our key Autodesk customer accounts. You will play a crucial part in driving business success and developing long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively manage and develop our existing Autodesk customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
2. Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell Autodesk products and services to grow revenue from existing accounts.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
4. Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at client organisations.
5. Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
6. Assist with contract negotiations, renewals and account planning.
7. Provide valuable feedback to the wider team on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an Autodesk account management or sales role, preferably within the IT/software industry.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue from existing accounts.
3. Excellent understanding of Autodesk products, solutions and the wider CAD/CAM/CAE software market.
4. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
6. Proficient in Indonesian and English, both verbal and written.
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
