Job Family Group: Revenue Management
Region: Australia & New Zealand
Reporting to: Portfolio Revenue Manager

Role Purpose

The Portfolio Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue for Hire team—including Property Revenue Managers (PRMs), Senior PRMs (SPRMs), and Portfolio Performance Directors—by sourcing, analysing, and presenting data that drives revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on data integrity, forecasting, reporting, and providing insights to influence commercial decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hotel and portfolio revenue leads in developing and implementing strategies that help achieve revenue and room night sales targets.
  • Provide analytical support to all revenue‑generating departments, including Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Catering, and Food & Beverage.
2. Data Analysis & Forecasting
  • Analyse historical and future room data, producing reports, forecasts, and performance commentary.
  • Track pick‑up trends, occupancy behavior, and market segment development to facilitate accurate forecasting.
3. Reporting & Revenue Meetings
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hotel revenue meeting materials.
  • Support monthly portfolio revenue forums with DORM SEAK.
  • Manage ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Insight team and analyst teams to optimize reporting and analysis capabilities.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst team on insights and performance trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics preferred; equivalent education/experience also acceptable.
Experience
  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in data analytics or revenue management.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
