Job summary

KAP Morhan dan Rekan recherche un Senior Auditor avec un bachelor en comptabilité et au moins un an d'expérience. Le candidat doit être capable de gérer plusieurs tâches, de travailler sous pression et de posséder de bonnes compétences analytiques et de communication. Ce poste offre une opportunité d'intégrer une équipe d'experts dans divers secteurs tels que le commerce, la fabrication et la construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.00).
• Minimum of 1 year work experience from a public accounting firm as senior.

• Prepares the audit plan and budget for review.
• Communicates any issues relating to an audit with manager or partner.
• Ensures planned audit work is appropriately completed.

Job description

• Remains updated on changes to clients' business and responds to client requests in a timely manner.
• Takes an active part in the audit planning and to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy.
• Prepares the audit plan and budget for review.
• Ensures planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives.
• Communicates any issues relating to an audit with manager or partner including matters which arise during the audit which were not identified at the planning stage.
• Prepares and/or reviews work papers, drafts financial statements and management reports.
• Identifies and discusses issues with clients.
• Controls the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures.
• Consistently achieves deadlines and understands the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, income and client service.
• Understands and follows Firm’s policies and procedures.
• Carries out any other duties as required by the position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree major in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.00)
• Minimum of 1 years work experience from a public accounting firm as senior
• Demonstrates sufficient accounting and audit knowledge
• Familiar with tax regulations
• Well versed in cash flow preparation and with experience in consolidation
• Have a good analytical and interpersonal skill
• Should be detail-oriented, proactive, energetic and able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment
• Able to work under pressure, fast learner
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Pleasant personality and have good communication skills
• Disciplined and with positive attitude
• Willing to work out of town and work overtime
• Proficient with MS Office
• Fluent in Bahasa & English (verbal and written)
