About Role

The Audit Methodology and QA team is responsible for developing audit methodologies, reviewing the conformity of audit activities with applicable standards, and enhancing the competence of internal auditors through effective development programs. The hired analyst will support the existing team in improving audit methodology, development, and QA functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, refining, and updating audit methodologies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to evaluate the compliance and effectiveness of audit activities.
  • Contribute to the development of programs aimed at enhancing the competency of internal auditors.
  • Ensure audit procedures comply with professional standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal audit teams and relevant stakeholders to improve audit methodologies and QA functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in audit methodology, audit development, or QA audit functions.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit principles and applicable standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
