Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop annual risk-based internal audit plans and programs.
2. Ensure the effective implementation of financial and operational audit plans.
3. Plan and execute internal audit activities.
4. Monitor the quality of audit fieldwork and ensure timely delivery within schedule.
5. Prepare audit reports, formulate audit findings, and recommend value-added measures or solutions to mitigate risks. Enhance team performance through continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00).
2. At least 6 years of audit experience in a large organization or international public accounting firm.
3. Understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management principles.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
