Job Description
Generate the automated Treasury dashboard/ report and provide actionable insights
Develop automated models to analyze historical flight GMV data based on MSA and direct sourcing. The models is also expected to calculate the optimal daily top-up amount.
Utilize predictive analytics to forecast payable amounts and settlement dates for Flight and Hotel partners, enabling Treasury to plan cash outflows more effectively.
Create automated dashboards to monitor sales performance, payment trends, and cash flow patterns during peak periods. These dashboards will provide real-time visibility into key metrics in Treasury.
Provide comprehensive view of actual and forecast of intercompany payables/ receivables. Design and implement dashboards to visualize historical/forecast cash inflows and outflows across entities/vendors/partners.
Be responsible for overall Treasury Group Liquidity Planning
Develop cash flow model to predict expense/ payroll/ tax spending by entity/country level to ensure the cash sufficiency for all Traveloka Group companies.
Planning and arrange weekly intercompany loan execution. Review and prepare the banking documentation for intercompany transfer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Propose investment plan to maximize return on all cash positions.
Design and analyze Treasury business cases upon requirements
Provide qualitative / quantitative analysis output to other Treasury teams for internal projects / risk assessment / process improvement, etc.
Identify areas requiring process/system improvement and execute it to enhance Treasury Planning team capacities, especially in reporting and analysis domain.

Possibility to conduct case studies about technology, control, and governance.
Identify areas which require business process/system improvement and execute it to enhance Treasury team capacities.
Proactive involvement / contribution to any of Treasury internal projects upon the assignment from manager and/or volunteer participation.
Continuous research and analysis to understand market best practices in treasury capability, project management, etc.
Ensure all necessary documentations are in place within Treasury (e.g. SOP, policy documents, regulatory documentations, etc).
Requirements
Minimum ~4 years experience as data analyst in a multinational company.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL, spreadsheet, and R/Python.
Minimum 4 years of dashboarding experience with BI or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Domo, etc.).
Previous business exposure to regional/global market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Computer/Engineering/Economics from a top local or overseas university with a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Strong mentality, project management, and business communication skills in a dynamic and fast-changing working environment.
Proactive, self-driven, loves challenges, and has a get-things-done and problem-solver attitude.
Advanced communication skills in English.
