Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience in Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Planning or IT architecture roles.
• Skills in UML, BPMN and Archimate are an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Work with the consulting manager to understand the client’s industry, business and IT and develop architecture solutions.
• Lead ATD team to gather business and IT requirements from the client.
• Analyze business requirements, IT landscapes, and emerging technologies to develop solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement proposed solutions and roadmaps.
• Contribute to project planning, defining scope, estimating resources, and timelines.
• Support presales activities including presentations, proposals, demonstrations and PoCs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate System Analyst to join our dynamic team at PT ATD Solution Indonesia. As an Associate System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and defining business requirements, designing efficient solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology-based solutions. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with ATD consulting manager in understanding the client’s industry, Business and IT and developing architecture solutions for clients.
• Lead ATD team to work with client to understand and gather business and IT requirements
• Analyse business requirements, IT technical landscapes, and emerging technologies to develop solution and roadmap.
• Collaborate with client’s stakeholders to develop and implement proposed solution & roadmap.
• Contribute on project planning including defining project scope, estimating resources, and creating timelines.
• Support presales activities such as presentation, proposal writing, demonstration, and proof-of-concept.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies .

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or higher from a reputable universities.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Planning or IT architecture related roles in vendor or consulting environment.
• Skills in modelling language such as UML, BPMN and/or Archimate is an advantage.
• Independent, results oriented and self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and possess strong passion to learn/re-learn.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Excellent skills in consultative engagement approach with clients.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, and documentation writing skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passionate and possess strong business acumen, have strategic thinking ability in business technology impacts and to ‘Think Technical/Technology but Speak and Write Business language’.
• Excellent communication skills in articulating information to various organization levels (from users to management) and have ability to actively involved in high profile consultation engagements.
