**Job Summary:**

+ This position is mainly for conducting pre-shipment inspection for consignments in supplier’s premises. This is a key frontline role for quality assurance to pick up quality issue before delivery.

+ The position also supports MSL & PPAP run, checking the processes and auditing the samples; carry out process audit and drive improvements.

**Job Duties:**

+ Perform pre-shipment inspection and create report in SQM system.

+ Perform MSL/PPAP build sample audit.

+ Perform seeding sample inspection.

+ Support NPD process

+ Perform Process Control Audit and/or Inline inspection.

+ Drive continuous quality improvement at suppliers.

+ Support quality standard training to inspectors of supplier.

**Job Requirements:**

+ College degree on engineering background

+ 5+ years in quality

+ 2+ years from manufacturing process

+ Ability to read mechanical drawings

+ Good problem-solving skills

+ Sound understanding/experience in manufacturing process: metal, plastic, electrical

+ Proficiency in both written and spoken English

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
