Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee the inventory control team in Bekasi and ensure materials are available for production.

You will monitor stock movements and conduct audits while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain or related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
