A leading company seeks a Strategy Associate to drive strategic initiatives, market research, and project management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, alongside excellent analytical skills and business acumen. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across business units (e.g., market entry, brand portfolio strategy, cost optimization).
Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
Prepare materials for senior management discussions and board-level presentations.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, IT, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
Drive project management activities: workstream coordination, issue tracking, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of total working experience from:
Top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, Accenture, PwC, EY). Exclude IT consulting divisions
Corporate strategy or transformation team in a fast-paced environment(FMCG, consumer tech/startup, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a top university; MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus
Skills:
Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving capability
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong communication skills; able to prepare C-level presentations
Independent, highly driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and hierarchies
