An established industry player is seeking an Associate Representative for Customer Service and Support. This key role involves overseeing customer shipments, ensuring satisfaction through effective coordination and communication. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Knowledge in Sea / Air Freight will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.
