Overview

Job Description

  • (1) Project Management and Problem Solving Task
    • Performing a comprehensive data/proses analyses to determine root causes or to support decision making especially in the finance related area
    • Diagnosing business processes/business initiative and its impact to the dataflow/finance recording
    • Able to look over and propose data modeling, reporting, and financial analysis to integrate our products with our finance tools
    • Coordinating with stakeholders to monitor progress/deliverables related to the assigned projects
    • Building an effective project tracker and thorough documentation for assigned projects
    • Supporting business users in handling current and new scenarios to ensure the business runs smoothly, supporting continued innovation
    • Showing the ability to interact with product managers, finance personnel, Legal, Business Unit Team of all levels of seniority
  • (2) Contract Management Monitoring/Maintenance
    • Developing and deliver reporting to streamline the process and reduce bottlenecks across the workflow
    • Maintaining the set up, approval matrix, data fields, and workflows in the Contract Management platform
    • Collaborating closely with Legal to update the Contract Management SOP and Policy
    • Supporting Legal Team to conduct socialization and refreshment session to the respective stakeholders
  • (3) Procurement for Management Cost Center
    • Ad-hoc: Process the procurement administration for all expenses recorded in the management cost center
Requirements
  • Working Experiences:
    • 3-4 years in the relevant fields (PMO work, consultant, finance or accounting related field)
    • Pior experience in the tech company or any fast-paced environment would be very beneficial.
    • Experience with financial audits desired.
    • Project-based work experience desired.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree from a reputable University in information technology, Information System, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Technical Skill:
    • Project Management
    • Data Analysis
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel and Gsheets)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Accounting Technical Skill/Knowledge is desired
