Job Description

1. Project Management and Problem Solving Tasks

  • Perform comprehensive data and process analyses to determine root causes or support decision-making, especially in finance-related areas.
  • Diagnose business processes and initiatives and assess their impact on data flow and finance recording.
  • Propose data modeling, reporting, and financial analysis solutions to integrate products with finance tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor project progress and deliverables.
  • Build effective project trackers and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Support business users in handling current and new scenarios to ensure smooth operations and foster innovation.
  • Interact with product managers, finance personnel, Legal, and Business Unit teams at all levels of seniority.

2. Contract Management Monitoring and Maintenance

  • Develop and deliver reports to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Maintain setup, approval matrices, data fields, and workflows within the Contract Management platform.
  • Collaborate with Legal to update SOPs and policies related to contract management.
  • Support Legal in conducting socialization and refreshment sessions for stakeholders.

3. Procurement for Management Cost Center

  • Process procurement administration for expenses recorded in the management cost center on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

Working Experience:

  • 3-4 years in relevant fields such as PMO, consulting, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial audits is preferred.
  • Project-based work experience is desirable.
  • System implementation experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.

Technical Skills:

  • Project Management
  • Data Analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel and Sheets)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Accounting technical knowledge is desirable.
