Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assisting Product Manager in discovery and delivery of product solutions
2. Leading ERP team consisting of ERP Engineers and ERP Functional to deliver the best solution for internal businesses
3. Coordinating with all stakeholders inside JALA company, including Finance, Farm Business, Harvest Business, Supply Business, Retail Market Business, etc.
4. Coordinating with the design & engineering department for product alignment
5. Working closely with the engineering team to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
6. Monitoring the progress of product implementation
7. Providing and updating detailed project action plans, timelines, and comprehensive documentation
8. Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers
9. Creating & presenting support documents for stakeholders and users
10. Working in a team to ensure objectives are achieved on time

Requirements

1. Passion for a product management role with at least 1 year of experience as an Associate Product Manager
2. In-depth knowledge of Agile, Lean Canvas, Product Roadmap, Product Prioritization, PRD, Analytics, Scrum, AB Testing, Product Discovery
3. Experience in software development life-cycle and product development
4. Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
5. A “can do” spirit combined with high energy, drive, and a positive attitude
6. Good communication skills and teamwork
7. Experience in ERP tools like Odoo, SAP, Oracle is a plus
