The candidate should have at least 1 year in product or project management, plus proficiency in SQL and Python, and strong English communication skills. Fintech exposure is a nice-to-have.

About the Job

1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers) and external teams to communicate product requirements and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
2. Product Development: Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation, drafting product requirements, and leading grooming sessions to defining key projects milestones.
3. Data Analysis: Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

About you

Must-Have

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or project management.
3. Strong analytical skills; experience with data analysis; SQL & Python is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

1. Experience in fintech, SaaS, startups, or the financial industry.
