A leading company in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support product strategy execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of S1 education and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Assist in Product Strategy Execution : Support the Product Manager in defining and executing product strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Conduct Market and User Research : Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify product opportunities.
Develop and Maintain Product Documentation : Write clear and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and specifications.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Support Product Roadmap and Backlog Management : Help prioritize features, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of releases.
Participate in Agile Development Process : Join sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to stay updated and help unblock the team when needed.
Monitor Product Performance : Track key product metrics, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements based on data.
Ensure User-Centric Solutions : Advocate for user needs and ensure the product delivers a high-quality user experience.
Conduct User Testing : Plan and facilitate usability tests, gather feedback, and contribute to design iterations.
Assist in Go-to-Market Activities : Work with marketing and operations to ensure successful product launches and updates.
Qualification
Min. S1 education
Have min. 2 years of work experience in relevant positions
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to explain product ideas and priorities clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Able to collaborate and work well in teams and individually.
Understand basic product development workflows (user stories, backlog management, sprint planning).
Proficient in using project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, or Notion).
Able to understand and interpret API documentation, system flowcharts, and understand basic frontend-backend interactions.
Able to perform basic product data analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or Looker.
