About the Role

This role will offer leading a project implementation solution, based on ESRI products and associated IT technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work together with BD during pre-sales activity to gather and understand customer requirement for the overall scope and specific for services scope of work
• Work together with solution architect and/or team lead to develop services scope of work estimated effort reviewer by project delivery manager
• Working with guidelines on managing shared project resources across all projects administered by the PMO
• Working with compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates by means of project audits, include but not limited to:
• Make sure all Project Manager and Project Teams follow documentation standard
• Monitoring all project documents placed on Document Repository
• Make sure PM create lesson learned and develop PIR for every completed project
• Working with project policies, guidelines, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation (organizational process assets)
• Managing and Monitoring Jumpstart and maintenance project
• Monitor and track project backlog or sales order and services pipeline in Salesforce system related to forecasting resources and services performance analysis.
• Collaborate with all Project Manager and Responsible on Monthly Revenue stream Report submission

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in leading a project implementation in a fast-paced environment while ensured the project delivered properly and recognized to the revenue.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree
• 1-2 years experiences in project management role
• Proven project management experience in relevant field
• Having experience in managing complex project stake holders including influencing at senior level
• Have knowledge in project implementation, applying different methodologies (ex. waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.)
• Experience managing across internal stakeholder
