Associate Faculty Member (Dosen Part time) - Psychology SATU University

Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard.

Produce high quality research and publication.

Participate actively in community service programs.

Participate in the self development program.

Advise students on academic matters (e.g. learning style, curriculum, etc.) and/or conducting other activities (according to department’s job assignments).

Assess student’s learning, using a wide range of strategies (i.e., tests, papers, and project-oriented demonstrations of knowledge).

Contribute to Department/Program/Faculty/School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students’ critical and creative abilities.

Research Activities:

Produce high quality research and publication.

Participate actively in specific research projects.

Propose new topics for research projects.

Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank).

Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences.

Community Service:

Participate actively in community service programs.

Self-Development:

Participate actively in self development programs.

Content Development & Evaluation:

Enrich and maintain the academic quality of all course materials under related area of responsibility.

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard.

Review all course materials within related group of subjects (Rumpun Ilmu).

Monthly updates to Head of Department/Program related to course evaluation and improvement.

Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program.

Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard.

Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning activities.

Must-have Requirements:

Minimum Master's Degree in Psychology Industry and Organization or in related field from a reputable university.

Preferably mastering in Psychology Industry.

Willing to teach courses in Creative Industry Consumer Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Have direct experience in working with UMKM and creative industries.

Willing to have a homebase at SATU University (Member of BINUS University).

Willing to be located in Bandung, preferably based on residency.

2+ years of teaching experience.
