About the Job

Lead strategic initiatives and partnerships for key projects such as Prakerja and Kirim Uang. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening relationships with government and private sector partners. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure effective execution while identifying new opportunities to enhance performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prakerja Project Strategy & Partnerships

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Prakerja project.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies and private sector stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

2. Kirim Uang Growth & Partnerships

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to expand Kirim Uang.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve services.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and fintech partners.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business strategy, partnerships, or growth-related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or government projects is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
