Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Management, or related fields from reputable universities.
• Masters degree or overseas university experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, as well as internet and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and industry research to support project analysis.
• Assist in analyzing financial statements, trends, and key metrics.
• Gather, review, and organize financial data from clients or external sources.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Perform fieldwork procedures, including testing internal controls and documenting findings.
• Contribute to the development and validation of financial models and valuations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
• Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
