Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Positive attitude towards challenges and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to identify sources of financial data and determine the best way to gather and process it.
• Help clients develop, implement, and maintain financial control procedures.
• Identify complex accounting problems related to workflow processes.
• Suggest the best solution to identify accounting problems.
• Interact with clients and team members for month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accounting processes are performed with technical proficiency, timely, and compliant with standards.
• Participate in client or target meetings under supervision.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
