Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate. This role helps achieve sales growth through three main areas of responsibility: maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business, and as required, selling modernization and repairs.

On a typical day you will:
  1. Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
  2. Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
  3. Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders
  4. Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability
  5. Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
  6. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
  7. Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  1. Have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator
  2. Possesses initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation
  3. Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results
  5. Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
