Overview

Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager Foot Locker (KALIMANTAN). The incumbent is accountable for developing and implementing sales strategy and plans for the store to achieve the company's sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and plan for the store to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage sales targets and sales budget, analyze store sales, and generate daily/monthly/yearly sales reports for planning and review purposes.
  • Monitor and control store efficiency on a daily basis, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, advertising and promotions, and customer service.
  • Maintain relationships, communicate and negotiate with area partners, and implement changes and improvements required by management.
Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School or Bachelor9;s Degree or equivalent level.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in Retail.
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term career in a retail company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the organization9;s products, services and sales techniques.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field9;s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficient Microsoft skills.
