We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and maximizing sales. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Description

  1. Communicate the sales targets to the staff and help in maximizing the sales and profitability of the store.
  2. Maximize productivity targets (sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion, etc.).
  3. Implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Territory Head and Concept Head.
  4. Control costs within budgetary guidelines.
  5. Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities.
  6. Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices.
  7. Ensure the store is in compliance with the store operating and with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards.
  8. Set KRA's for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.

Job Specification

  1. Minimum experience as Store Manager for 3-5 years in a fashion retail store.
  2. Analytical skills, organizing, and leadership skills.
  3. Ability to analyze sales reports and implement strategies for growth.
  4. Advanced English both verbal and written.
