A leading retail company in Semarang is seeking a Support Manager to enhance team performance and improve customer service efficiency. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a supermarket setting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role includes developing workflow strategies, leading team evaluations, and managing daily customer interactions.
Support manager performance and assist manager if unable to attend
Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency in the workplace to achieve better goals
Leading and evaluate the performance of team members
Making planogram display to attract customer's buying and display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal
Maintain and control daily customer service
Able to work in fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Min. 3 years work experience as assistant manager in supermarket/hypermarket is a must
Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
In-depth knowledge of the store's merchandise, its exact location and its prices
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively
Have a strong orientation on customer satisfaction, with a focus on providing a good shopping experience and building long-term relationships with customers
