A leading food service company in Jakarta is seeking a Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in the F&B industry, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and a disciplined work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices
Highly disciplined, honest, well-organized, well groomed and proactive
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a must (preferably coffee shop)
Resides in the South Jakarta area / East Jakarta area
Responsibility:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest experience
Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service and food quality standards
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow
Support training and onboarding of new team members
