Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for all store operations, including management, supervision, guiding, and improving employee performance.
  2. Actively collect market information and report to the company.
  3. Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
  4. Carry out company instructions and accomplish other tasks assigned by leadership.
  5. Manage stock activities such as stocktaking, ordering, storing, tracking, and monitoring stock levels.
  6. Perform data analysis by cleaning, transforming, and processing raw data to extract relevant insights that aid business decision-making, often presented in charts, tables, and graphs.
  7. Contribute to overall business development and meet company requirements.
  8. Follow visual directives using photographs and the company’s visual campaign book when setting up the store. Adapt visual merchandising to regional needs appropriately.
  9. Analyze store sales data and inventory weekly, adjusting displays of best sellers, slow movers, and large stock items according to headquarters' requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
  2. Ability to work according to retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  3. Experience in the apparel retail field is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation, communication skills, and willingness to travel to different locations long-term.
