Requirement

  1. Candidate must hold minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major.
  2. Proven successful experience as a store manager/supervisor for 2-3 years, preferably with experience in managing a beauty store.
  3. Strong organizational and management skills.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Open for placement in: Bontang, Palu, Manado, Medan, Palembang, Jabodetabek, Aceh, Kupang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Palangkaraya, Jawa Timur, Banjarmasin, Kendari, Pekanbaru, and Batam.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for creating a solid team to achieve team targets.
  2. Ensure excellent service from the store team.
  3. Provide coaching and counseling to the store team.
  4. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Manage stock and review store performance.
  6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  7. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
  8. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  9. Monitor stock products.
  10. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
