Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
• Manage the operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities.
• Support strategic initiatives for the spa and wellness areas to market the overall well-being offerings and products.
• Train and coach reception staff and spa attendants.
• Schedule treatment bookings and ensure smooth reception operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and spa therapy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in 5-star hotel operations is highly regarded.
