Responsibilities

• Translate all necessary materials including reports, verbal communication, and meetings.
• Responsible for assets in GW and determine the needs of daily workers and according to efficiency targets.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of mandatory package delivery data.
• Conduct SOP training for gateway teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Support in maintaining training materials and updating SOPs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and operational standards.
