Leading a team of sales operations officers to manage day to day customer service to Merchant Market customers as well as be the main point of contact to liaise with UOI internal operations team (planning, production, quality and logistic team).
Ensuring smooth communications and update with customers on dispatch/contract fulfilment.
Ensuring payment and all necessary sales contract obligation to be met by customers before arranging for contract/product dispatch.
Represent Merchant Market/External sales dept in day to day operational and weekly call with UOI Ops team.
Capturing customer complaint: Within 24 hours, raise and follow up to related department and following it up until customer complaint closure (and full sign off by Sales HOD and respective customer).
Monitor daily dispatch and ensure dispatch happen as per plan.
Provide day to day dispatch performance summary and detail tracker.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from engineering.
Fluent in English (both conversation and writing skill) and understanding Chinese Language is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong leadership, decisive and able to work with multi-cultural talents and customers.
Strong business acumen.
Strong knowledge in E2E, B2B and B2C Supply Chain.
Experience in Oleochemical industry with a minimum 4-6 years experience.
Experienced in SAP and handling LC (Letter of Credit) payment with customer.
Experienced or understand the process of export shipment/local trucking to customer and its document requirement.
