Assistant Sales Manager (Jakarta Aquarium & Safari)

Compile and monitor the Sales division's annual work plan and budget, including operational and personnel aspects, to support the company's overall operations and development.

Develop sales strategies for promotion and marketing to increase revenue and achieve the company's vision.

Create marketing products to support the company's goals.

Analyze promotional programs to ensure alignment with company strategy and budget.

Assess market information regarding competitors and other factors to inform marketing strategies.

Review the outcomes of promotional and marketing activities to plan future strategies.

Oversee the implementation of marketing programs to ensure proper execution.

Supervise and develop subordinates through work plans and targets, providing training, fostering growth, and evaluating performance to boost motivation and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in edutainment, theme parks, resorts, or 4-star hotels is essential
• Proficiency in English
• Strong networking abilities to build relationships with various parties
