Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review and Implement Procurement Best Practice (BP)
  2. Ensure the procurement BP is up-to-date and effectively implemented across regions.
  3. Align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
  4. Provide Clear Guidance and Direction to the Procurement PIC
  5. Offer support and leadership to the PCM team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  6. Resolve operational challenges and improve team performance.
  7. Collaborate on Purchase Order Management System (POMS) Enhancements
  8. Gather feedback from PCM and stakeholders on the POMS system.
  9. Work with ICT team to implement system improvements aligned with SFS guidelines for better efficiency.
  10. Oversee Monitoring of Monthly PCM KPIs
  11. Track and review KPIs regularly, identify areas for improvement, and ensure targets are met.
  12. Manage Overseas Packaging Sourcing and Supplier Network
  13. Oversee sourcing from overseas suppliers, maintain and expand supplier relationships for cost, quality, and timeliness.
  14. Additional Duties
  15. Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Daily Tasks

  • Assess and approve supplier quotes exceeding 100 EUR for best value.
  • Review and sign invoices for payment processing.
  • Approve POMS PRF for RawPacMat.
  • Sign off on CAPEX/OPEX purchase orders.

Weekly Tasks

  • Monitor and assess purchase order performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Effective English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AX Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.
