ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the company.
2. Conduct the recruitment process from job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
3. Recruitment Documentations: Handle employee admission documents and other matters related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
2. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
3. Excellent understanding of recruitment strategies.
4. Strong skills in behavioral event interviewing and observation techniques.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
