Job description

This full-time Assistant to Head of QA/QC position, located in West Jakarta, Indonesia, offers an exciting opportunity to support the quality assurance and control functions of a growing manufacturing company. As a key team member, you will assist the QA/QC Head in monitoring product quality, maintaining documentation, coordinating internal audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a vital role in supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring that products meet both internal and customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the QA/QC Head in daily activities, including document review, reporting, and coordination.

Assist in preparing quality inspection reports and tracking non-conformance issues.

Maintain and update quality-related documentation in compliance with ISO and internal standards.

Coordinate internal audits, follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support audit readiness.

Liaise with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.

Help organize quality improvement programs and training sessions.

Compile and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement efforts.

Maintain proper filing and archiving of QA/QC records and reports.

What We're Looking For

Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA/QC or quality documentation role.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality control procedures, and basic audit processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with ERP is a plus.

Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, professional manner.
