This leadership role supports daily restaurant operations by supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, maintaining operational efficiency, and assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of running a successful outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Leader in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring all staff deliver top-notch customer experiences.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to uphold service and food quality standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure that health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the outlet.
  • Participate in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, reporting, and securing the premises.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and drive sales growth.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the outlet and ensure overall success.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • ENGLISH SPEAKING IS A MUST.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
