Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (minimum GPA 3.00);
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Marketing Manager in the Mining Coal industry;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Mining Coal Industry;
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work under pressure and independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales, shipping, shipment scheduling, and operational reports and presentations;
• Responsible for calculating and checking laytime calculations and other shipment claims;
• Verify the accuracy of the Statement of Facts (SOF) for each shipment;
• Coordinate with related departments on coal delivery and quality tracking;
• Assist the Head of Department in reviewing logistics to optimize delivery options;
• Possess advanced reporting skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented.
