YOUR IMPACT

To accelerate MAKE UP FOR EVER's business growth and strengthen its brand presence and market share through effective strategies aligned with our brand DNA and values.

YOUR MISSION

Products:

  • Manage product assortment, forecasting, and fulfillment based on sales trends and performance analysis.
  • Oversee inventory health and develop depletion plans (promotions, exhibitions, etc.).
  • Plan and execute retail mechanics based on analytic sales data and upcoming campaigns in collaboration with the Retail team.
  • Stay updated with beauty market trends, competitors, and upcoming innovations.

PR & Digital:

  • Coordinate with regional and external creative agencies for marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and manage advertising placements targeting segmentation.
  • Organize brand and PR events to boost awareness and market share.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and celebrity MUAs.
  • Lead social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and report insights.
  • Manage advertising budgets with clear KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Stay informed about PR & digital trends to innovate and grow the brand.

CRM:

  • Develop partnerships with external parties to enhance sales and brand desirability.
  • Analyze CRM data to inform strategies in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
  • Create customer recruitment and engagement programs focusing on brand loyalty and product relevance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.
  • Project management experience with medium to large teams.
  • Resilience, agility, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
