Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Marketing Strategy:

Support the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Research and identify relevant influencers to collaborate with based on brand objectives.

2. Campaign Coordination and Execution:

Manage day-to-day campaign logistics, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand messaging and marketing initiatives.

3. Influencer Relationship Management:

Handle influencer outreach, onboarding, and communication to maintain strong relationships.

Ensure timely content delivery and compliance with campaign guidelines.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track campaign performance using key metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for optimization.

Support the analysis of influencer ROI and engagement data to improve future initiatives.

5. Industry Research and Best Practices:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencer platforms, and competitor activities.

Identify opportunities to enhance influencer marketing effectiveness through innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.
  2. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing.
  3. Prior experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a plus.
  4. Enthusiastic about the beauty industry; experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
  5. Must be fluent in English.
  6. Willing to work full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
