In this position, the candidate will be responsible to lead Marketing: Product, PR and Digital. He/She will need to develop and implement key marketing strategies that will translate into brand and business goal.
Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Products:
- Product Assortment, forecasting & product fulfilment with clear analysis on sales trend, franchise + category performance
- Inventory management and ability to identify stock health and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
- Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign together with Retail team
- Stay alert with Beauty market, competitors & upcoming trend
- Manage & analyse products – customers historical data for clear action plan / strategies, align with Retail Manager
PR & Digital:
- Work closely with regional, in-house & external creative agencies for all marketing campaigns and ensure good execution that fit with brand values
- Manage brand and PR Event that focus on build great awareness and visibility resulting to business & market share gain
- Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
- Actively initiate partnership & brand engagement with external parties (Mall, Retailers, Other brands) that resulting to wider reach of recruitment & sales
- Provide clear brief and analysis to media agency for digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and analyze the key metrics result
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years of working experience in Brand – Product field; 1-2 years in jr. / entry managerial role
- Professional proficiency in English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills both written & verbal
- Good time management ensuring all reports and projects are done timely
- Strong analytical skill. Able to do comprehensive analysis with clear strategies/action plan
- Good project management skills & able to work with cross-function team members
- High Resilience, Agility with creative and problem-solving mindset
